Warranty Policy Overview​

1. One year local warranty under normal working condition for manufacturing defective items.

2. Buyer must return all warranty products to our warehouse with proven receipt of purchase!

3. For supply and install product sold, we will provide free onsite visit for the first 3 month from delivery date.  After that 3 months, service charge of $50 will be required, excluding any spare parts if required.

4. Warranty does not apply to damaged and/or wrong application, misused items.

5. Defective items must be reported and returned within the warranty period and in its original packaging condition.

6. Buyer agrees to all of the above-listed policies upon ordering from us!
